Where are you located?
We are located and ship nationwide from our headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once orders are received, it typically takes about 5-7 business days to process and ship. If for any reason your order is out of stock or on backorder, we will typically contact you within 24 hours via email with any order updates.
Do you offer free consultation?

Bulb Color Temperature Tips
We Often Recommend 2700K - 3850k max giving a Soft White / Warm Glow as this accentuates the crystals and offers a more relaxing environment.
Cool white is normally recommended only in more functional settings as it tends to flatten the ambience and can typically wash out crystal vibrancy.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. All returns must be returned in original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once assembled and / or installed, the item is no longer eligible for return. Italian Concept is not responsible for the installation of the product.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
