Hello. First the communication was difficult. I wanted to know when it would ship and just confirmation that this wasn't a scam for about a month before someone finally said that it was being built and would ship. Second, the description was "rustic iron black" it was brown.... so I had to spray paint it. Yup, an almost $1600 chandelier and I spray painted it. Third, I had to hound the company to get the specs for my electrician. Then when they came it was a text with measurements and stated we only needed one hole in the ceiling. So my ceiling was roughed in and ready for it to be hung and guess what? It needed two points to be hung. So more cost to my electrical and drywall repair. So ya.... not thrilled with you. Beautiful piece, had to alter but otherwise, it was a rough transaction and that's what I will be telling everyone who asks me where I got it. You need to do better.... you have great stuff! Sad.
